We have the answers.
The training is three full consecutive days.
Information sticks when participants are engaged. Engagement happens best when there are activities and exercises. That's why our training isn't participants being lectured at--it's participants being involved.
We strive to make the training as relevant and impactful as possible for each organization. That’s why, as part of the registration process, we gather information about your organization's training goals, challenges, and specific areas of concern. This allows us to tailor our approach by focusing on the topics and scenarios most important to your supervisors. While the core structure of the training remains consistent to ensure proven outcomes, we adjust examples, case studies, and exercises to align with the unique dynamics of your organization. Fully customizing the entire program for every participant group would be labor-intensive and could detract from the efficiency and affordability of the program, but this balance allows us to deliver highly relevant content without overcomplicating the process. Ultimately, our goal is to ensure that your supervisors leave with actionable skills that address the challenges they face within your organization. If there are specific needs you’d like us to prioritize, we’re happy to discuss how we can incorporate those into the training!
This program goes beyond generic leadership theories to focus on the practical, day-to-day challenges supervisors face. We use a unique blend of proven leadership principles, actionable strategies, and real-world exercises tailored to your organization's goals. Our approach empowers supervisors to lead confidently, handle employee challenges effectively, and foster productive teams. Additionally, the program includes integration and practice sessions to reinforce learning and a built-in support community to ensure ongoing growth.
Most organizations notice positive changes within a few weeks as supervisors begin applying their new skills on the job. While deeper, sustained transformation depends on ongoing reinforcement, many HR professionals report increased confidence, improved communication, and better team dynamics almost immediately after the training concludes.
To maximize the program’s impact, we recommend creating opportunities for supervisors to apply what they’ve learned. Encourage regular team check-ins, provide mentorship opportunities, and recognize progress in leadership development. We also provide guidance during the training on reinforcing these skills within your workplace, and our post-training support community can help supervisors continue growing after the program ends.
We understand that schedules can be unpredictable. If a supervisor misses a session, we provide materials to help them catch up, including session recordings (when available), key takeaways, and relevant exercises. For organizations with multiple supervisors who might need additional support, we also offer options for follow-up coaching or participation in a future training session. Let us know in advance, and we’ll work with you to find the best solution!
Absolutely! One of the key benefits of this program is the opportunity for supervisors to become part of a dedicated peer support community. This community is designed to provide ongoing encouragement, share best practices, and offer guidance long after the training ends. Supervisors can connect with others who have completed the program, exchange ideas, and collaborate on solving challenges they encounter in their roles. Having this network ensures that supervisors continue to grow, stay motivated, and reinforce their skills in a supportive environment, ultimately benefiting both their teams and the organization as a whole.
Right now not having trained leaders is costing you time to focus on other needed priorities, money in lost productivity, and your peace of mind. But investing in this training is not just about cost—it’s about the long-term value it brings to you and your organization. While our single participant rate is $2,880, we’ve designed our tiered pricing for groups to ensure maximum return on investment while making it easy for you to present the benefits to your leadership team.
Tier 1: Up to 12 participants – $28,800 ($5,760 savings)
This option is ideal for small teams and provides exceptional value by effectively training supervisors at a cost comparable to hiring one mid-level consultant—but with a broader, organization-wide impact.
Tier 2: 13-20 participants – $42,000 ($15,600 savings)
Perfect for medium-sized teams, this tier delivers even more cost savings by reducing the per-participant rate while addressing key organizational pain points. The more people trained, the faster you’ll see organization-wide improvements.
Tier 3: 21-30 participants – $54,000 ($32,400 savings)
For larger teams, this tier offers the greatest per-person value, ensuring that even a broad group of supervisors can develop the skills needed to reduce HR workloads, improve employee productivity, and protect the company from potential risks.
Why this is a win for your company:
These rates make it easier for you to justify the cost to executives by emphasizing the collective impact of training multiple supervisors at once. The flat-rate pricing provides predictability, so there are no surprises, and you can clearly demonstrate the financial efficiency of training an entire team. Effective supervisors will reduce the time and resources you spend on employee issues, creating a ripple effect of productivity that benefits your whole organization. By presenting the flat-rate structure, you’ll show your leadership team how this program isn’t just a training cost—it’s a strategic investment that pays for itself in reduced HR headaches, improved team performance, and increased organizational success.
