How can I reserve a booth space?
To reserve a booth space, please fill out the exhibitor application form on our website by clicking the Apply Now button. Once your application is reviewed and approved, you will receive an email with further instructions and payment details.
What is included in the booth package?
Each booth package includes a booth space of varying sizes, event program ad, social media promotion, VIP tickets to the summit, and brand visibility on the summit’s website and materials. Specific inclusions vary by package level (Gold, Silver, Bronze).
Can I choose my booth location?
Booth locations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to higher-tier packages. However, we will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
What is the setup and teardown schedule?
Exhibitors can set up their booths the day before the summit from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Teardown must be completed by 8:00 PM on the final day of the summit. Detailed schedules will be provided closer to the event date.
Are there any restrictions on booth displays?
Booth displays should not exceed the allocated space and must comply with venue regulations. Further details on booth specifications and restrictions will be provided in the exhibitor guidelines.
